    Hi,

    I was buying a costume pack for Ninja Gaiden II through the 360 Marketplace instead of the Microsoft Store on Xbox Series. I was still billed without given my DLC code. I had to buy it again to fix the problem, this time on the series store.

    Is there any way I can be refunded, as I never actually received the DLC in my account with the first purchase.

    Borderlands 2 DLC unusable

    Did you purchase them ouside Borderlands 2 Menu? You purchased them via Microsoft Marketplace? If so go to Gearbox forums. I heard theres an issue on XBOX marketplace purchases compared to ingame Borderlands 2 DLC marketplace. I think gearbox can fix that
    problem for you. Gearbox is suggesting to avoid the marketplace and purchase the contents via the ingame Borderlands 2 DLC menu.

    To get your Robin DLC back go to My XBox up at the top of xbox.com. Click on my account. Scroll down and you will see Marketplace History. Select Purchase History and re-add the DLC to your Queue.

    Did you purchase the DLC on the account you're posting from, or was this maybe bought with another account that was signed-in? Try looking up Undead Nightmare within the Xbox 360 marketplace to see if it acknowledges that you own the content. If it prompts
    you to purchase, could the DLC have been from a game of the year disc?

    Sometimes purchasing content using the Xbox 360 marketplace can lead to problems on Series X/S consoles

    If you don’t mind, please try refunding the DLCs purchased and try instead purchasing the DLCs inside the games on your Xbox Series X/S
