    Purchased dlc doesn’t show up in manage game and add on


    3 years ago I got dlc for jump force then the other day i downloaded jump force then went to download the dlc but dlc wasn’t there so I did the troubleshoot guide and it didn’t work then I used the contact button I talked with someone I followed their steps it didn’t work so what do I do now

    What DLC is this by the way?

    Try to reset the console and see if this helps.

    NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

    No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select Settings.

    3. Select System.

    4. Select Console info

    5. Select Reset console.

    6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

    This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

    I checked the order history and its there and I can’t find it in the store I think it’s because it’s off market but I clicked on the order and went to the page and tried to download it but it didn’t download on the Xbox
