    Purchased Destiny 2 Digital Deluxe- Did not receive the MyVIP Percentage Back


    I purchased Destiny 2 back in the beginning of September. I waited until the end of the month and I never got my Percentage for the purchase. I am a Gold member and have a VIP 1 rank, so I should have received 2% for the purchase.

    MyVIP not tracking

    Hey folks,

    In September I bought 3 ultimate edition games:

    Destiny 2 Digital Deluxe

    Fifa 18 (Ronaldo edition)

    Forza Motorsport 7 Ultimate Edition

    But it doesn't look as if they've been tracked properly on MyVIP (Except for Destiny, I think!)

    What's more weird, is earlier this week, my 3* MyVIP status was showing around 65% towards 4, which suggested Forza had tracked, but now it's gone back down to 35%?

    trying to purchasr destiny 2 forsaken digital deluxe edition ingame. And getting an error. But the digital deluxe edition is not offered in the marketplace only ingame.

    Yeah I did purchase it the day before. So any purchase made before the release date doesn't count towards the VIP point back system?

    Hi Notanewb2010. Smwutches is correct. Your pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since the punchcard wasn't completed, you did not get awarded.

    Yeah I did purchase it the day before. So any purchase made before the release date doesn't count towards the VIP point back system?

    Digital Deluxe Edition Forsaken didn't get the Annual Pass.

    Destiny 2 has a confusing amount of choices in the Microsoft Store, are you absolutely sure you purchased the correct package? According to this URL, the Destiny 2 Digital Deluxe Edition appears to include everything available so you should be able to play
    the new content:

    Log into your Microsoft Account and double check your purchase history to confirm that you purchased the correct Destiny 2 package.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at

    Since you do not have a MyVIP star, and your purchases did not go towards any offers, you did not receive any Rewards Credits for your purchases.
