XBox Labs Design Controller Points Issue

I purchased an XBox Design Labs Controller for my sister for her birthday. I see there's supposed to be a 15,000 point bounty this month for Design Lab Controllers and I want to know why I can't/aren't getting them.

Today a promotion for Microsoft Rewards is going on that if you purchase a Design Labs controller, you receive 5,000 Microsoft Rewards points.

I purchased a Design Labs controller yesterday, and was wondering if I could have these points added.

I have done a chat with MS Rewards support who sent me to Design Labs support, so I chatted with Xbox Support who then sent me here.
