    was not actioned in the game. I received an error message that the purchase was already credited but it was not.

    Fallout Shelter confused by the FAQ for free to play rewards

    The FAQ states "This offer is only open to add-on content for Free to Play titles purchased from the Xbox Store. Add-on content includes, but is not limited, to gem/coin packages, additional skins, starter packs etc. This does not include purchases made
    within the game, as well as purchases made using premium or earned currency." But wouldn't Lunchboxes, starter pack or nuka cola count to the offer as they are gem/coins packages and a starter pack but thanks for any exact closure.

    This is incorrect.

    Your debit card uses either MasterCard or Visa for processing(if not, then you couldn't use it on Live anyhow), in which case any purchases NOT done with a PIN are protected the same as a credit card. If you debit card is compromised and money is spent, then you just file a claim with your bank, and while they do the investigation they will reimburse any money lost.

    If a PIN is used on a purchase then you will be liable, but even then not 100%, if there are criminal charges filed then the banks will work with the consumer to resolve the issues, though it can take a long time(in which case you would be with out your money).

    What console are you using? Or is this happening on PC?

    Are you trying to purchase these coins with a credit/debit card or are you trying to redeem something via the Microsoft rewards program?

    If you're referring to purchase coins using your credit/debit card, is this happening only inside Overwatch or is happening with all your other games?

    When this started to happen and what did you tried so far to fix this?

    Hi, when trying to purchase Simverse coins, I only get the following options;

    Credit or Debit cards,

    Paypal or Venmo,

    Redeem a gift card.

    Accessing the monies in my Microsoft account, as an option to buy, doesn't appear!

    Microsoft Points.

    While the Xbox Billing system is not set up to specifically accept Debit cards, they can work for purchases. I often use my Visa Debit for purchases on Xbox.

    Although if a Debit card does not work then there is not much anyone can do, the officially supported methods of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal.

    If you are haveing trouble with a Debit card you could try linking that to a Paypal account and then the Paypal to the Xbox account. Or just use Pre Paid Codes.
