    Purchased But Isn't Showing..


    Hi there.. I bought a copy of Minecraft : Deluxe edition on December 25, 2022 for my son. I had to reinstall Windows and everything else on my computer. Now, when I go to install Minecraft, it's saying that I have to purchase the game BUT when I log into my Microsoft account, it's showing that I purchased it. I still even have the product key and it still isn't allowing me to play it.

    I am beyond angry as I have been trying to figure this out for freaking hours. Please help!

    They were not on disc, my worry is that since this was back in the day of using Microsoft points my account only shows buying points not the specific DLC. But on the side note if you like DAI, try the first two, not only do I prefer them but it adds a
    LOT of context to inquisition.

    Were the missing DLC's on a disc? If they were then you might need the disc with the DLC on it to get them back. Other than that I would contact https://support.xbox.com/ for further
    help or someone else might have a better answer. I myself am a big fan of Inquisition but I haven't played any of the previous games sadly.

    Hi, my name is Ezequiel and thank you for your question and for reaching out. Hello Dwanehyll how are you?

    I will suggest that you do a procedure on your console, it will not delete any games you have on your console, however it will require you to enter your accounts again on your console.

    Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.

    Select Profile & System > Settings > System > Console Information.

    Select Reset Console.

    On the Restore console? screen, you will see three options:

    Choose the option Restore and keep my games and apps.

    After the procedure see if the problem has been fixed.

    If issue is not resolved and games are not showing up in your library.

    I suggest you contact Xbox support.
