    These cosmetics were supposed to be available on Feb 28 however as of this morning, they are not showing up for my existing characters. Nothing is appearing in Manage Add-ons. I have my settings enabled to automatically download and install updates and add-ons for games. Tried restarting and some other steps like removing and re-adding my profile that was suggest by chat support last time I reported this issue before realizing the release date for the pet and wings was about a week away.

    Thank you, may I know if you’re not able to see the pet and wings directly in the cosmetics or Diablo shop once you open Diablo III?

    There is definitely no sign of the pet and the wings in the cosmetic shop in Diablo 3, i've also created characters from scratch to see if this helps with no luck.
