Purchased BL3 in April, just noticed I have no DLC pending or downloaded.

Don't pre-order is what they say. I do not have my DLC I paid for months ago and I am halfway through the game. I paid 100 bones for the super deluxe pack. All I have is the standard game.

Has anyone had this reloved, I know its a know issue, but what is the solution? All I get from the microsoft page is "check your downloads"

Did you take a look at the Super Deluxe content under the Borderlands 3 marketplace, and download them individually from there?

I purchase the Super Deluxe Edition back in April. I got no DLC with it, nothing in pending downloads

Why do people post just to say post in the Rewards section? We can still answer...or at least try. Especially being an ambassador. Now, my rebate points have been showing up on the last day of the month. For example: Aprils purchases showed up pending on
April 30th, and Mays purchases showed up pending on May 31st.

I rather them not add anther DLC and focus/save ideas for BL3.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have determined that a change in the preview program has caused an issue with MyVIP rewarding. We have delayed payback for April purchases until we can ensure that all our members are appropriately Rewarded. Once we can
confirm that this issue has been resolved, we will process MyVIP for April and you will see the Credits pending in your account. Your March Credits were already pending, and were a part of your April 12th deposit.
