    Purchased Battlefield1 played ok since launch, recently purchased premium pass, downloaded new maps etc, was playing fine reached rank 55, 3 days ago suddenly decided to say that I only had a couple of hours of Trial left **** !!!.... Now game won't start
    asking me to buy again.... I have tried factory resetting my xbox one leaving games and apps. still no joy, tried re-entering the original purchase code, getting message the code has already been redeemed. Any ideas please ?

    It keeps saying sorry, also it's shows gold cause I ended up paying for a month because my trial didn't start Purchased Battlefield 1 wont start anymor, now saying my trial has ended ?? :(

    14 day trials?

    i did the same but now my xbox live gold has ended and i put the 14 day gold trial card code in it accepted it but its saying i still am not gold and i dont know why i should have 14 day gold trial

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try deleting the game then reinstalling it to see if that helps? To reinstall the game you'll want to go to My Games & Apps then Ready to Install.

    If the game is not listed there or you still encounter issues playing you'll need to call phone support for more assistance. You can get the number for your region by clicking this link Customer Support

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try deleting the game then reinstalling it to see if that helps? To reinstall the game you'll want to go to My Games & Apps then Ready to Install.

    My Xbox One S doesn't play DVD but plays Blu ray disc just fine.

    hi, good day to you. i indeed use original dvd and original purchased xbox 360 disc as well, but it just wont read it anymore,

    the best part, i use to play the exact game on my xbox before this and now it just wont load it anymore. example like battlefield bad company which i played and completed the mission previously with the same console, now when i try play the game again ,
    it just wont read the disc anymore.

    this goes to all my xbox 360 disc which is original and all my movies too.

    i purchased original lord of the ring movies dvd set and it doesnt play it too..
