Purchased and no game

Hello,

My name is , on the 10th I purchased a bundle pack which included
Grand Theft Auto V Online and a Megaldon Shark Card. At the time the bundle was $64.99, the store showed that I purchased the bundle. Later the game was not on my console and my money was back in my account. I'm up set because the sale
is no longer going on and I can not purchase the bundle anymore. Please help with this issue I have been trying to get help for the past 2 days. I thank you for taking the time to read this please get back to me as soon as possible.

Hi,

I recently bought withing the last hour the legend of korra and red dead redemption. Now while I have downloaded legend of Korea its still asking me to pay for red dead even though I have received an email with the bill for red dead redemption.

Can someone help with this?
