did not receive entire gears collection with purchase of xbox one gears of war special edition

I purchased the GOW special edition xbox one and played on xbox live at least once before Dec 31st and did not receive codes for the entire gears collection. Xbox Support told me to post on this forum if I did not receive them by today. What do I need to
do to get the 4 games?

Haven't received code for playing Gears of War - Ultimate Edition before 31st december

I've played GoW UE in multiplayer mode and campaign mode before 31st December and yet didn't received my codes for other GoW games!

GOW4 is a Play Anywhere compatible title (purchasing it digitally from the Store) and you can play it on console and PC. Unfortunately, the offer to receive GOW 1, 2 and 3 (playing GOW Ultimate Edition before the date) is now finished on December 31st 2015.

Wait, what happens when you try to redeem the original GoW codes? As far as I know, the codes inside the retail copy of GoW 4 will always work unless already redeemed!

I redeemed mine and got GoW4 but apparently if I had done this before the 31st of December 2016 then I would have received a notification on my system about the other GoW games being available for download too. There was only one code for GoW4 and from what
I was told the other codes are automatically generated when the original one is redeemed.

So you got a digital copy of GoW 4?

I'm quite sure that the promotion is ended and you won't be able to get all the games for free... I played GoW and got the codes via XBL Message months ago!
