Purchased an In-Game Gold Req Pack on Halo 5, Points Deducted, Never Received Pack

I was playing Halo 5 last night (2/1) and purchased a gold req pack using in game points (10,000 points). While the pack was loading my friend backed our party out of matchmaking, when he did this the store froze and sent me to the main screen. My points
were deducted, but I never received a pack. I've tried tweeting at Support, chatting with them, and now I've been passed on to you guys. The chat reference number is: [Mod Removed]. I'm hoping to either get my in-game points back or
just have my account funded with enough to purchase one ($2.99). Thanks for the help, I'm hoping I don't get passed on again.

Didn't receive a Req I unlocked in a Gold Pack

I bought a 3 Gold Req Packs in Halo 5, and I unlocked the "Hannibal Scorpion" certification, but never actually received the Scorpion in my inventory...? Help?

Halo 5 Warzone Req Pack Never Worked

Purchased an Xbox One Halo 5 Bundle which came with the Halo 5 Warzone Req pack in December of 2015. This pack has never downloaded to the account. Contacted MS support (case ID #1362552706) and was told to post to the forums for help.

I realized that I was logged in to the incorrect gamer profile when I contacted MS support (should have been Macattackx3) so the case number is linked to the wrong gamer account ().

The game and the Req Pack code are on the Macattackx3 gamertag profile.

Hoping to get help resolving the Req pack not downloading. The Xbox was purchased last Christmas and my son just now told me that he never received the Req Packs.

Is there a workaround or some way to get these packs to work?

Hoping for some help.

Sorry, but we're just regular gamers like yourself and forum support does not have the ability to issue refunds. You will need to continue working with support. Phone support would be the best option. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada.

Yeah not surprised at all. Told the guy on chat support that I suspected this was the case with these forums, and assured me they weren't. Joke customer service.

The Halo 5 Warzon Req Packs are only included with the Digital Deluxe edition of the game. If you purchased the base Halo 5 game you wouldn't receive extra Req Packs.

Halo 5 REQ pack content is opened from the REQ menu inside of Halo 5 Guardians. Were you able to locate your REQ packs in-game?
