Purchased a Xbox One a week ago and now you say free Forza 5 with purchase !!!

Gift card not received after purchase

I purchased a xbox one s on December 27th, 2017. The deal was the Xbox one s it came with battlefield 1, The crew, forza horizon 3 and a $50 Microsoft store gift card. The gift card card was suppose to be email 5-7 days from the purchase and it has been
a week since the purchase date. I haven't got the email.

Hey InfiniteHERO, Unfortunately that isn't possible. Since you just bought the console you should be able to return it for a refund and get the forza bundle when it becomes available

I’m sorry to say, but Forza Motorsport 5 content has been delisted a couple of years time ago.
It’s not possible to purchase DLCs now.

its just part of the destiny grind, whats wrong?? not happy.. well then bungie and xbox succeeded..

its been their plan all along, they'll probably ask for more money soon for the memberships to properly manage their systems..

its actually pretty sad, after 12 plus years of xbox being and running an online system.

Maneuvering through their forums is like a maze and their networks are like ice melting into a camp fire.

i feel your pain and hope everything clears up for you. meanwhile i hope that some of the top guys get canned for doing such a crumby job over these last few months.

you can't because in the store it says you have to buy it, I am having the same issue all of my owned digital content is unavailable.
