    Purchased a video with French audio instead of English


    So I accidentally purchased a tv series in French audio and I don't speak one single word of french is there any possible way of making it into English? I'm highly doubting that there is a way

    Bought game is in wrong language

    So yesterday i bought a digital copy of halo reach and after launching up the game i saw that all the menu's are in english but the audio is in french.

    I know that xbox 360 games are not language independed but it is kinda anoying that evry game where i buy a phisical copy from the audio is english but this one time i buy a digital one the audio is in french because xbox live thinks belgium speak primarly
    french.

    Is there a way that i can play this game with english audio and not french because it is not that i can't understand the french language but i play all my games in english.

    Hello xbox forums,

    I now live in France and I want to play game in English, but when I purchase game on Xbox live marketplace (in France, of course), only Bioshock is available in English, the other games are simply in French, or the French audio and English subtitles. Please
    help me with some instruction how to get English audio (at least) in my game? I know French but not so fluent.

    Accidentally purchased a French movie BUT.....

    When I purchased a movie thru the xbox/Microsoft app it was in the French language.

    There is no option for me to change it to English, the subtitles are either off or in French. Within this version of the movie I can't change the audio to my preferred English.

    I don't speak French.

    I've tried deleting the movie of my system and when I try and buy the same one in English, it tells me I already have that movie BUT the one it's referring to is the deleted French movie.

    My questions are......

    1. How do I permanently the French movie?

    2. How do I buy the same movie again in english?

    It sounds like you may have purchased the French version of the game on accident. I suggest contacting the Xbox Phone Support and having the Live department help troubleshoot it. They may be able to assist in getting you the English version of the game you
    purchased instead of the French version.
