Purchased a tv show (code monkeys) back on my 360, cant get it on my one.

I am getting the same error. I do not use an HDMI cable on my Xbox 360. I have always been able to watch movies and TV episodes via S-Video out.

Here's a full description of what I am experiencing. Note that my Xbox One is hooked up to an HDCP-compliant device, and can play Blu-ray movies just fine:

I can't play a movie I just rented on either Xbox 360 or Xbox One (Booksmart, SD stream). On Xbox 360, it shows up in My Movies normally, but when I select Play, it tries to start then shows error code c101a3ff. It does NOT show up under Purchased on Xbox
One, and in the Xbox One Microsoft Store listing, there is no indication I have paid for it under either the SD or HD headings. I DID receive an order confirmation email, and it IS in my Microsoft.com order history.

All my other rentals and purchases work fine on Xbox 360. On Xbox One, my purchases work fine, but a rental viewed once on Xbox 360 (The Crimson Pirate, SD stream) does not work ("Can't play", error code 0xc33607e3). I'm not concerned about THIS error, only
mentioning it for added information.

I have tried:

Restarting both consoles several times

Hard restart of Xbox One

Updating the Films & TV and Microsoft Store apps on Xbox One

Clearing the hard drive cache and redownloading an update for Movies & TV on Xbox 360

Deleteing and redownloading my Xbox Live profile on Xbox 360

I can't test any movies on PC, as I only have Windows 7.

I have spent quite a bit of money on tv shows and as of today i can no longer watch purchased content. Get code 0xc101ab66. If this doesnt get fixed or im unable to get a refund there will be problems

Same issue. On PC and XBOX One. Microsoft are presenting the 0xc101ab66 code, so they should publish how to fix it. Disgraceful. I will be contactling my bank on monday morning and charging back the full value of every purchased movie in the past twelve month.
