Please ask him to check if he is able to see the redeemed code in his Microsoft account order history with the status “completed”:

If maybe he is not able to see the game listed there, and he has more than one email address, ask him to check the order history on each one.

Hi, William. If the code has been redeemed, and your brother is not able to see it in the Microsoft account order history, I encourage you to go to Walmart and verify with them if it’s possible to get a new code.

Unfortunately, once a code is redeemed, it is not possible to undo this or transfer the content.

I purchased it for him I have the receipt with the activation code on it but he think it went to another email or something but I tried to enter the code and said redeem but he has nothing from that card.

Yes. Unfortunately, Microsoft support is not capable of assisting with redeemed codes, William.
If no track of the redeemed code appears in any of the accounts, this means the code was redeemed on a different one.
