Purchased a map pack for WAW on my 360. Three times now its downloaded to 99% then says...

It really is a rather strange problem that you are experiencing, I suggest that you restart your router to see if the problem is resolved.

I suggest you try changing your connection's DNS to see if the problem is resolved.

1-Press the Panel  button on the controller.
2-Access Settings and select System Settings.
3-Select Network Settings.
4-Select Wired Network.
5-Select Configure Network.
6-On the Basic Settings tab, select 7-DNS Settings.
8-Select Manual.

Try these DNS
Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1 Secondary DNS: 1.0.0.1

• Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
• Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4

When you say you checked your region settings what do you mean

With waw and bc titles specifically

Your account. Region Must match your actual.Region.

So if you don't live.in a xbox live region.it won't work.

What region do you live im

For example if your account region is USA and you live in Jamaica that won't work

If you select France but you select.us English on xbox one that wont work either

Bc titles don't support. Language or region indepence that's only current gen or next gen feature

I have been having the same issue. I download the map pass, i go to the halo 4 menu and then download the three map packs (as instructed) then it says the service is unavailable. it then attempts to download it and jumps from 0% to 99% several times then
says it can't be downloaded for all three map packs. I have deleted the content, cleared system cache and marketplace cache and re-download the pass but nothing works. This has lasted for a couple of days now and would have thought that Microsoft would have
resolved this issue but they clearly haven't.

I purchased the champions bundle today which downloaded perfectly! I then went on to download the map pass which again was satisfactory. When downloading the three map packs that come with it however, they will get to 99% and then glitch back and forth to
0% and then a message will pop up saying ''can't download blah blah blah map pack''. I have tried numerous times to do what all the support says and it still does the same thing.

This is extremely frustrating as I have payed for them! There seems to be a lot of people getting this problem too. This seriously needs to be addressed.

Same issue. Just bought Halo 4 Game of the Year edition which comes with the map pass for downloading all 3 map packs for free. When I go to the in game halo 4 marketplace to download them I have to download them to my usb flash drive since I only have the
4GB Xbox 360 E. However every time i hit confirm purchase i get that same error message. I tried clearing the cache, downloading to both the xbox 360 memory and the usb memory and nothing works, its weird though the downloads for all 3 map packs still show
up under active downloads but once they hit 99% they keep jumping back to 97% then saying could not download "map pack name". This is very frustrating! My guess is that all the halo 4 files have to be together for the map packs to download correctly? But even
then it does not seem to work. Any ideas?
