There you will have to fill out the form with some information that will be requested and you should know that in case the refund request is rejected, you will have to respond to the email they sent you explaining the reason for your refund so that the team in charge can review the request again.

You should also know that game refunds must be made before 14 days have passed since the game was purchased and the game has not been played for a long time, that is, considerable hours of play have not been accumulated. Otherwise, if these prerequisites are not met, the game cannot be refunded.

Subscriptions can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

I'm afraid it's not that simple.

If you've played for a certain amount of time then it voids the returns policy.

If you go to the live chat at the contact us page and type speak with an agent you should get to someone who can help you more than we can as we are just the help team with no powers over xbox.

I have come in contact with the contact us team, and they also felt the same empathy. But it was also outside of their power. It hurts to see that the most helpful people don't have much flexibility when it comes to certain policy problems. I wish there
was a way to reach out to those with more administration over certain Xbox problems. To have to acknowledge petty mistakes now puts incredible strain on a consumer, especially those furtive terms and conditions that only the most dedicated would read.

If there's any way I can get in contact with those with higher access, I'd be interested in figuring out. I am simply frustrated with how you are unable to exchange versions because you dipped your toes into a game you had no intention of playing fully.

I purchased in-game currency on Microsoft but I bought the game on steam so am I not eligible for a refund?
