    Purchased a 12 month xbox gold live pass but redeemed against wrong microsoft account.


    First question so hopefully i can get the answer i'm looking for...

    As the title would suggest, i purchased a standard 12 month xbox live gold pass and redeemed it against one of my microsoft accounts. The one in which i should have deemed it against, is the one linked to my fortnite account. As i can't unlink my xbox account
    from fortnite and link a different one, I am out of options on what I can do. Is there anyway in which microsoft can transfer a pass from one account to another?

    I don't think I have much to do, because there is no error with the code, see if the support can do something, good luck.

    Hi There,

    You will have to talk to Xbox Live support and explain to them the issue. They will try to cancel the live time on the new account and transfer it to your old one. Speaking with a live agent is preferable so just scroll through the options until you get
    a callback.
