    I have checked my microsoft account billing and this is on screen. However, I have been restarting my Xbox for the past half an hour and they haven't been
    added to my FIFA account. I then tried restarting the game multiple times but it led to the same result. I have already been charged for the FIFA points and have found no way of them being added to my account. Is there any chance you can add them manually?
    If so please do as quick as possible and reply so I know what is going on. Thank you.

    Hi, On 10/24/2014 I bought a pack of 4600 fifa points, the money was deducted from my credit card but I have not been accredited the fifa points.

    I purchased 4,600 fifa points via a pre paid code. I've redeemed the code but it hasnt worked. The 4,600 fifa points have not been added on to my ultimate team. Please help!

    The same thing has just happened to me, bought 4600 fifa points, money has been taken from my bank - but I havent received the email "order receipt" I then tried to buy 100 fifa points afterwards to see if the 4,600 would come through with the 100. They didnt, and I got an order receipt for the 100 points.

    I'd quite like my money back, but how would I do this without the Microsoft receipt?
