    Purchased 3 months live through xbox one for rocket league and no code sent


    Hello.

    I purchased 3 months live through xbox, and have not received my rocket league code.

    First time I contacted support, I was told to wait as promotion was running till the end of July.

    Second time I contacted support I was told that purchasing through xbox was not one of the agreed retail partners.

    Everything purchased on my account gamertag history and I do not have rocket league, so I believe I met the criteria.

    Posting here following advice from others in the same situation.

    Missing rocket league from 3 month

    I purchased a 3 month while Rocket League came free with it and I'm missing my code for rocket league, got sent here via Xbox support reddit account. Is there a way to get compensated a extra month of live for waiting and a code for the game? Thank you!

    June Rocket League Promotion

    On Rocket league's website and twitter they have a promotion that states that you get a free rocket league game code with the purchase of a 3 month xbox gold membership from June 12th through June 30th. I purchased a 3 month xbox gold membership on June
    14th, and did not receive a code until yesterday, however the code was for minecraft and not for Rocket league. How do I go about switching the game codes?

    Depending on where/how you bought 3 months Xbox Live Gold, you don't get a code for Rocket League.

    If you bought the 3 months Xbox Live Gold through your console, you should get the game added automatically to your account. Simply download it.

    If you bought 3 months in an (online) store, you get the code either printed on the receipt, or via mail from the store. In that case, you'll need to contact the store from which you bought the 3 month code for the Rocket League code.
