    Purchased 3 months live and never got minecraft spoke to you guys 3 times now


    brought 3 months live for minecraft was meant to get it on the 27th never got it messeged one guy and that chat got disconnected then messaged another guy he spoke to the gaming team? And promised me I would get it on the 31/07 which I never got, got told
    i will recieve both what I still never got. Spoke to one adviser today and the only help i got was post on this chat sort your stuff out xbox

    Mincecraft + Gold deal didn't work

    on my Xbox one dashboard there was a deal that said if you buy 3 months of Gold you get minecraft Xbox one edition. I clicked on the deal and purchased 3 months of gold through it. I never got a download code or anything for minecraft.

    did not get additional 3 months free xbox live

    purchased xbox live in January with an offer 3 months + 3 months free, but have been charged today for it. spoke to customer service who said i should have got an xbox mail but i do not have anything.

    I got 3 minecraft purchases for no reason

    it shows i have bought minecraft 3 times, 2 days ago and i haven't bought anything, i think somebody stole my card info and bought minecraft 3 times, i don't have access to those minecraft accounts either so i just wondered can i get a refund of the 3 purchases?
    i just checked back and all of the 3 purchases got refunded.

    Correct me if i am wrong but, i think somebody tried to hack into my account and buy minecraft 3 times and then the accounts never got used so it got auto refund?

    Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
    promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.
