    Very confused on why I haven't recieved my 1K V-Bucks. I bought this only for the V-Bucks and I have not recieved it. I am very angry!

    I believe the promotion states that you should receive your V-Bucks within 2 weeks of purchasing the promotion. Unfortunately it's a case of being patient and waiting for them to arrive. Hopefully you'll get them sooner rather than later.

    I'm not sure, I would assume it would be via Xbox Messages but I don't know for certain because I haven't taken part in one of these promotions before.

    Hi, That's frustrating indeed, It can take a few weeks to receive them as someone already stated, But you should also check to make sure you're eligible for the promotion, A lot of them are for new members with no previous history of live or at least with
    no history of live from a certain date. Check the fine print to be sure.

    Are you referring to the 3 months of Xbox live and get 1,000 V-Bucks? If you are the code will come to Xbox message center on the console or Xbox app for the V-bucks if you are eligible. This promotion was for new customers that have not had Xbox live or
    had a subscription that was cancelled Before 10/1/2018. If you had a subscription when you purchased three months of gold then you are not eligible for the 1,000 V-Bucks.
