Hi, if your account isn't showing the offer I presume you will not get the bonus money if you purchase a shark card. It may be a randomised offer or you may get the option at a later date.

Rockstar says they usually come through to your account within 20 minutes but can take up to 72 hours, they say to file a support ticket on their site if it doesn't show up within 72 hours.

The tracker for the VIP Boost offer on your MyRewards page is properly reflecting your purchase. As mentioned on that tracker and in our FAQ, you will not receive your bonus star until March.

You completed the Games on Demand offer on February 11th. It was deposited on February 22nd. Normally the punchcards' 1 - 2 - 3 is white. Since you received all three punches, those numbers are now green.
