Purchased 2 games for I heart horror don't know if both are showing

I purchased Diablo 3 and Inside, both qualifying games for the I heart horror promo, and have made 5 achievements in Inside, but neither have updated.

I do not want to miss out on the bonus points, but will I because of a reason that Inside does not show as purchased? Inside was off the website from the link, and Diablo 3 was from my xbox. Both online purchases. It does not stipulate anywhere that the
purchase must be off the xbox. I cannot find that fine print. This is the first promotion I have bought into, and I don't want to have it go to complete waste if you are only allowed to order from the xbox one. I think that needs to be made clear.

I heart horror Level 2: Is anyBody there rewards

I completed 5 achievements on all three games included in the Bioshock collection which I purchased on 10/06/106 but I have not received the rewards credit for I heart horror level 2: "Is anyBODY there??". I completed the achievements 5 days ago.

We are tracking both purchases. However, as stated in our FAQ:

Level 1: "What's that noise?' (UNLOCKS LEVEL 2) — Earn 5,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $63.59 plus tax on eligible Games on Demand titles like Bioshock: The Collection, Doom, and Among the Sleep in the Xbox Store,
and eligible movies and TV shows like Annabelle and American Horror Story from Microsoft Movies & TV.

Since you have not spent this amount yet, you have not completed the offer.

The program doesn't award credits for achievements unless they are part of a specific offer (like the current I heart horror offer). The offers involve purchasing a game for a specific genre and then earning a set number of achievements for that game.

It takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize purchases and to update your progress. So it's too soon to see the credits pending.

For any offer, as long as the actions take place before the end of the offer, you can still earn the credits. So even if you started on the 31st, you would still receive the credits.
