Purchased 15 Dynamite Belt, 15 Pickaxe Belt & 15 Map Tube. Game Crashed & Reset 2 of each.

Played the game MS Treasure Hunt for a while and got up to Level 18 at one time. Other times I went past Level 15, many time past level 10 & numerous times past level 5. I had been able to purchase from my gold that I won the 15 Dynamite Belt, 15 Pickaxe
Belt & 15 Map Tube. Game crashed during my last game. I was ready to exit Level 5 to purchase stuff. It crashed, closed down. Upon my restarting game, all belts were reset to 2 each and the map tube was reset to 2. Now I have to try to win enough gold to be
able to get back to the 15 Dynamite Belt, 15 Pickaxe Belt & 15 Map Tube. I did get to get the 4 Dynamite Belt, the 6 Pickaxe Belt & the 8 Map tube. Yet, the stats a show all of the gold that I won, how many monsters I defeated etc. The lasr achievement shows
that I purchased the 15 Map Tube. Yet, now the reset game no longer has my 15 of each.

I uninstalled & re-installed the game. No, luck. I spoke to an Ms agent for 30 mins yesterday & they couldn't hlep me. They told me to come here to Support to get help. This is the third time I've tried to get support from MS. No one has answered. Plus maybe
there isn't anyone else playing this game anymore. I might give up. It is frustrating. Not fun when you get to a certain point and you have to start from scratch.

I had been playing Bingo when it was down for a week. So, that is when I found MS Treasure Hunt. Yet, this glitch took away my desire to play this game. I played for weeks and now I back to trying to re-win my 15 of each. Now I have 4, 6 & 8. Maybe it'll
crash and I'll lose that and have to start from 2 each. I hoped that MS would help me here in Support. No such luck.

Treasure Hunt - when it crashes. Make game saves as shown in THunt Blog.

I had problems where I lost my 15 pickaxe belt, 15 dynamite bag & 15 map tube due to the game crashing. I read this blog to get hints to help me. I have been saving my games so if a crash happens or if you "die" you can get our game back. t every level exit
and then save your game. Now I am finally up to level 20 with 10 pickaxe belt, 10 dynamite bag & 15 map tube.

MS Treasure Hunt: Crashed then it reset my 15 axes, 15 dynamite & 15 maps to 2 of each.

As this screen shot shows, I was up to 15 axes, 15 dynamite & 15 maps. Then game crashed and now I only have 2 of each.

My stats show that I once was up to level 18:

Could someone fix my game please?
