    Purchased 1,00 EUR 1 month, but account still shows I'm not Gold member


    Hey,

    I read previous posts about this but could find no answer. The settings on One are showing that I am a member, and I can see this also in my order history. However, whenever I try to play live, it says I am not a Gold member.

    I have tried deleting my account from my Xbox and re-downloading, booting the console several times, renewing internet connection, but nothing helps.

    How can I solve this?

    Bought a month of gold. Am still a Silver member.

    I purchased an Xbox Live Gold - 1 Month Membership today, and I'm being told my account is still a Silver account. The Xbox Website says I am a Gold Member, but my Xbox keeps saying I'm not. Any help available?

    I have the same Problem with this offer from Shop. After purchasing the game "Fortnite" says "You must have Gold".

    So i contact the Support via Phone. After Verifikation my Account, the supporter activate and confirmd again the Gold-Status.

    I request to restart the xbox. After Booting the Game accepted the Gold Status.

    The Supporter says they have Problems, but with this Methode runs fine.

    The reason I show up as a gold member is because I purchased a gold 1 month subscription after this happened so I could continue to play. And that's the only subsripton that shows up under my account.

    The regular prices are not listed during the sale. So for example, GTA IV the 14.99 EUR is the 40% off of the regular price for non-gold members and the 12.49 EUR is the 50% off for gold members. The prices are correct.

    You guys told me at Microsoft it was an on going problem and that engineers are fixing it. Now 12hrs later I'm still a Free Member without my 1 month GOLD Membership even though it says on my payment hub @ commerce.microsoft.com that I've purchased it with
    email of confirmation like the gentleman above. The service status page has gone from being a warning to showing ALL GREEN. So what in the world is happening? You're charging ME and others for length of service as a Gold Member but really (at this very moment)
    purchasing Gold Membership ONE DAY shorter than stated, so instead of me purchasing 1 Month of Gold, am purchasing 3 weeks and 6 days of GOLD at the same price of a full 4 week one. Sort it out please!!!

    Yeah I was verifying a while ago the prices from the Brazilian market and if I convert them to EUR they match up. Thanks for the clarification
