    Hello, so my little brother who is 12 mostly uses my xbox account and he bought "Red dead redemption ultimate edition" without me knowing. I thought I would be eligible for a refund as I had no idea the purchase was made until I checked my bank account
    yesterday. However apparently im not eligible for a refund. Can someone please help me out as I need the money desperately! Thank you.

    HI, that's right, if you are trying to purchase the game using either xbox.com or the Xbox One, then you cannot use the money from your Microsoft Account. If you purchase the game using a Xbox 360 instead, then you can use the money from your microsoft
    account.
