    Hello,

    I'm encountering a problem when I want to migrate my xbox live subscription (2 years) to the ultimate game pass, here is the error message :

    "Change your Microsoft Store region You currently have a subscription from a different region. If it still doesn't work, please contact customer support.

    PUR-ConversionBlockedCurrencyCountryMismatch "

    I followed all the procedures to have my Microsoft and xbox account in the same region (France), but it doesn't change anything.

    The big problem is that there is absolutely no support available on the website "https://support.xbox.com/fr-fr/contact-us",
    and by phone the voicemail asks to go to the website... I would like to talk to a real person so that I can get help.

    You may have bought the Gold Live with a different currency. You need the same currency to upgrade it to Ultimate.

    Where did you buy the code from? I know once I would a code from online and had this issue because the code was for another region. Luckly, the site was a reputable site and they did give me another code for my region.

    I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your billing account and see what might be causing that issue.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

    https://commerce.microsoft.com     that your billing address is set in Germany as well?

    If everything seems to be in order on your side, you'll have to contact the official support via
    https://support.xbox.com/contact-us or since you're in Germany call:

    Toll free: 0800 181 2968

    or 0695 007 0422

    They are available Mo-Fr: 09:00 - 18:00 and Sa-So 10:00 - 18:00

    The official support would then have to check your account why it thinks you're trying to do a currency conversion.
