Step 1: Confirm what version you bought

Go to account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, sign in, and look at your Black Ops 6 purchase.

Check if it says something like:

Full game

Trial or Beta

Cross-Gen Bundle

Standard or Vault Edition

Sometimes discounted versions don’t include everything — like campaign or online features — unless you got the full edition.

Step 2: Check for missing installs

On your Xbox:

Highlight Black Ops 6 from your home screen

Press the Menu button and choose Manage game and add-ons

Look under Installed and Ready to install

Make sure all required content packs are downloaded, especially for multiplayer or campaign. Some features won’t work without those packs installed.

Discounts for XBox Live Subscription Cards from retailers are only discounted at the time of purchase. Automatic renewals are based off the regular purchase price.

50% discount for SoM on store front, at checkout no discount is being applied.. Anyone done a purchase yet that can confirm how/when the discount is applied. Should be showing at checkout, but it isn't.
