Based on the description, you are trying to play Minecraft: Java Edition and is unable to because it is asking you to buy even if you have already owned the game. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

We would like to ask few questions to help us isolate the issue further.

1. Are you signing in the right account that you used to buy Minecraft both in Microsoft Store and Xbox app?

2. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

For the meantime, here are the troubleshooting steps that we can perform.

1. Reset Microsoft Store.

• Press Windows key + R and type wsreset.exe then hit enter.
  
• An empty Command prompt will pop open. Let it be for a few seconds and the command line will close automatically (after it has cleared the cache behind the background) and Microsoft Store will be launched in its place.
  

2. Repair and Reset Xbox app

• Click Start and click Settings. Or press Windows key + I and click on Apps then installed apps.

• Scroll down and locate Xbox app.

• Click on the dots to the right and choose Advanced options.

• Scroll down and click on Repair and then if still not working, click on Reset.

3. . Make sure you are signed in to the Xbox app and the Store with the same account.

> To make sure your permissions for the game can be validated, be sure to sign in to both the Store and the Xbox app using the same account that was used to purchase the game.

4. Uninstall and reinstall Gaming Services

• Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.
  
• In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:
  get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
  
• In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:
  start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
  
• Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
  
• Restart your device and try to install the game again.
  

5. Uninstall and reinstall the Minecraft launcher:

Type Minecraft Launcher in the Windows search box, right-click and click Uninstall. After uninstalling, restart the computer.

Open the Microsoft Store/Xbox app, search for Minecraft Launcher using the search box, and install Minecraft Launcher.

Apple's App Store, Google Play, and Amazon Appstore each sell their apps separately and do not coordinate sales with competing companies. Unfortunately, it is not possible to download a previously purchased app, including Minecraft, to a device that uses a different online marketplace.

If you've deleted Minecraft and want to download it again using the same app store account and device type where you first purchased it, you can visit your device's app store, search for Minecraft, and download the app again for free.

Steps to verify:

1. Verify the account:

Make sure you are logging in to the Minecraft Launcher with the correct Microsoft account.

If the account is not associated with the purchase, you will need to reset the account and try again.

2. Check the purchase history:

Go to account.microsoft.com and log in to your Microsoft account.

Go to "Payment & billing" > "Order history" and verify that the Minecraft purchase is listed.

3. Reset applications:

Sign out of the Minecraft Launcher, Xbox and Microsoft Store.

Reset apps in Windows Settings:

Go to "Apps" and select "Advanced options."

Choose "Reset" for Minecraft Launcher, Xbox, and Microsoft Store.
