    Hey.
    We have a game in our store. We are trying to implement the purchase of the full version of the game. If you install the game on a desktop computer, then everything works as intended, you can buy the full version. If you install a studio on an xbox from
    a store or a visual studio (in a dev mode xbox), then the store always shows that the license was purchased, although there was no purchase.
    Once again: one and the same application, one and the same sending, one and the same user. On the desktop, the license was not bought (as it should be), on the Xbox it was always (immediately, initially) bought, although they did not buy it.
    What could be the reason for this behavior?
    Can the sending settings in Partner Center be affected?
    We use Xbox liv.

    That is not applicable with a trial version. The new fully purchased game will not access anything from the trial version. You can only sync your progress after purchase of the game.

    full purchase now a trial version??

    It's in your download history and can be re-downloded from there unfortunately that won't fix any issues with the game showing up as a trial. Is this a new console or HDD? If so then perform a license transfer and it should resolve everything.
