    I am unable to purchase or even reedem a prepaid code. And everytime I try to make a purchase it would say "change your privacy settIngs to custom to enable purchase" and stuff like, so I change it and it didn't seem to have worked at all and also when I
    would reedem my prepaid code it would say "error please enter this code at xbox.com support" I can download free content but not everything else. help?

    Meaningless Suspension

    Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

    Sorry to hear it. Can you post the error code that you get?

    If there are problems with making a purchase then that would fall into the category of billing and you would need to call phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America then dial 1-800-469-9269

    Saved games are from an "unknown profile."

    You won't be able to access saved games and or content purchased on that suspended account until the suspension is up.

    Hoping for any help from any ambassador or rep who can make my suspension due to me being hacked quicker!!

    The suspension is there to stop people from making more fraudulent purchases on your account leaving you even further out of pocket.
