purchase succeeded, download failed.

hi guys~!

i am from china, mainland, using HK live server. last weekend i had purchased max payne 3 during the period of discounts. MS also had sent me an email for acknowledgement. at first downloading is successful. maybe when it reached to ending, failure occured,
saying "下载错误", which meaned "download failure". what can i do to solve this problem, something like VPN? any advice will be appreciated.

ps: i have tried to re-download about 3 times, all failed.

Marketplace error with dlc on forza4

I'm getting this same error. Its been 2 weeks now. I originally purchased 2 one night, than being the sucker I purchased the 3rd pack a week ago. At first the download would fail..try later. Then just this week the downloads succeeded, connected to marketplace
failed. Well then the connection to Marketplace succeeded...but failed when checking for "new content". I could be spending my hard-earned coins on Madden Ultimate Team instead of this. What makes it so frustrating is that there is no place to turn to once
we're ripped off. ForzaPlanet forum users seem to suggest the cars show up eventually. But many complain they're still waiting weeks after purchase.

Is your gamertag set to China as well? If it is set for a different country than where you physically live that could be the issue. A lot of content is being region locked lately which means that you will not be able to download it if your tag is set to
a different country.

I just discovered that part 1 failed to download as well, and attempting to re-download that gets me the same results. I re-downloaded some Mass Effect 3 add-on's that were close to the same file size and they succeeded. But even after that the GTA add-on's
still fail. I hope the game itself hasn't gotten corrupted somehow? GTA won't let me play online again until I get those add-on's installed.
