Discus and support Purchase says not playable on this device. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have xbox one S. Purchased Remants 2 but it says not playable on this device.     I have xbox one S. Purchased Remants 2 but it says not playable on this device. Why?

    Because it's not xbox one compatible you need something more upto date

    A series s/x or ps5 or pc

    Xbox one games don't have a s or x requirement

    Yes, when I was trying to purchase that, it says the game is "not playable on this device," not only for MW but some other COD games too like COD WW2, COD black ops 3.

    Hi,

    It's a bug and one that MS have yet to acknowledge (at least at the time of writing anyway). The work around is to buy desired game via the website and then download it from your library.
