    purchase refund problem kindly help


    I canceled Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on June 8, 2025. It shows “Refunded,” but I haven’t received the ₹978.22 in my UPI account yet. Please provide the refund reference number (RRN/UTR) so I can trace it with my bank. No reply from Xbox support chat yet.

    when i can get a chance to speak to someone in this matter i tried speaking on the chat support but didnt get any answer from ur side and i am not getting the request call back option its kind a disable or something like that its saying call option is not avilable at this movement ? what can i do can u help me

    Keep in mind, it takes at least 3 to 5 business days to receive a refund aftet it had been approved.

    You can definitely request a refund however, in-game currencies can't be purchased as a gift. You can purchase an Xbox Gift card and send it to them so they can purchase it directly on their account.
