i purchased coldwar and comes up saying purchase campaign,zombie and multiplayer which i did and when i tap on purchase it comes up saying already owned and wont load game in please contact me via email thanks

Subscription will always come out of your credit card or payment option on file

You did read the cards when you bought them right ?

There is subscription cards and there is currency cards

You can't haven't you used online services before? You could never use currency cards for subscriptions that's why most services provide subscription cards

Or at least read the currency cards

if you read the prepaid ca rd it spells it out clearly

Dlc games and music and movies not subscriptions

You should've bought prepaid subscription cards if you wanted pay as you go service that's why they 'are for

If it's a microsoft.com purchase that looks like this then yes. That would be the same as the Xbox store. microsoftstore.com purchases
do not qualify.

This happened to me when I decided to play it while it was downloading. Maybe wait for it to finish installing or restart your Xbox
