    Purchase Pilot Disappeared from Insider Hub


    I mean,the title pretty much sums it up. I check my hub every so often if I haven't gotten a message and this morning I realized that everything related to Purchase Pilot is gone. Anyone know why?

    Did you sign up for the Console Purchase Pilot through the Xbox Insider Hub like the article that you linked says to?

    "If you’re interested in potentially buying an Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S, you’ll need to hop into the Xbox Insider Hub and sign up for the Console Purchase Pilot through there. Good news if you signed up last time and weren’t selected: Microsoft says that you’ve already opted into this round and won’t need to do anything for the chance to be selected again."

    Always report your observations on uservoice Reddit. Instal insider hub and you will be able to report errors directly from your Xbox.
    I have been trying to get help for missing items on the Fortnite app with no luck! They just DISAPPEARED!

    The Xbox Insider Hub can be installed from Microsoft Store on your Windows 10 PC.

    1. Open Microsoft Store.
    2. Search for the Xbox Insider Hub.
    3. Select Get/Install.
    Stop participating in the Xbox Insider Program
    1. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub.
    2. Go to Settings > Manage devices.
    3. Select the consoles to unenroll from the Xbox Insider Program.
    4. Uninstall the Xbox Insider Hub.

    Regarding this you will need to get in touch with the online team. Access Contact us | Xbox Support, follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.
