Purchase Pending Past supposed Shipping date.

I don’t have a estimated shipping date. All i see is the estimated delivery date and support said to bank on that date being when it gets here not when it ships. only problem is mine is suppose to get here on the 23rd and it still says pending as well

We see that your registration date is the same as the purchase date you describe, so you should be eligible for this promotion. While registration takes two days to complete, it will date your registration date as the initial date of your registration request.
However, keep in mind that it will take up to 15 days past your shipping date to receive your Credits as pending.

time, let us know!

They're not supposed to charge you until the item ships. And orders can show as pending until they process it for shipping.
