Purchase on controller lab in stand by since 4 days

did you know how much time to process the order ?.. if you dont worry ill continue continue cursed words on my controller since ill get it

Hi Crispien. Your controller purchase from the Design Lab was made on December 24th. Our Design Lab offer ran from December 1 - December 17. Since your purchase was made after the offer period, you are not eligible for the award.

The warranty on a design lab is 120 days, which is 4 months of warranty. The 90 days is on a standard controller. Sorry for the miscommunication there. So if it is over the 4 months unfortunately it would be a replacement.

Thanks for coming to the forums. As Stuart mentioned you can contact support. You do not get charged for the call. However, they do not repair controllers that are out of warranty. If you have a standard controller the warranty is 90 days. You will need
to replace it at this point as it is over 8 months since date of purchase. Design lab is 120 days warranty. Elite controllers are 1 year.
