Purchase of the game Black ops 4

I purchased the black ops 4 in pre-ordered, after 5 months of wait(expectation) and even not 1 month of game, he tells me that the payment was refused except(off) that the bank has he was charged

Please just make sure you're signed into your email linked to your Xbox account and that the game is available for Xbox before you make the purchase.

Purchase DLC Call of duty Black ops

I have a problem with the marketplace.

I want to purchase the DLC 4 Rezurrection of Call of Duty black ops but not in english in italian because I have the original game "COD black ops" in italian.

I think that if I purchase the DLC in english EN it doesn't work with my italian game IT.

When I try to purchase the IT DLC, the system inform me that this kind of product is not available in my region.

How can I solve the problem and purchase the DLC that works for my Call of duty Black Ops italian version?

Pre-ordered games are not charged to your payment method on your account until about 10 days prior to launch. Have you reviewed your payment method to see if the funds did indeed come out of your account? If there were insufficient funds to cover the charge,
it would be cancelled.

If your bank account/payment method was charged successfully and the order was still cancelled, look to see if you still have the purchase in your Microsoft account purchase history. There might be a clue there, or you can call
Xbox Live Support and they can review your account and see what happened.
