    I made a few attempts to purchase coins yesterday. I kept on receiving messages that the sales were not processed, as there was an error on your end. I went into my bank account just now and found I have been charged. Please supply me with the coins you
    owe me or refund my money immediately.. I can supply you with screen shots if necessary I expect this to be resolved by the end of the day

    In-app purchase (Tiny troopers) not showing up in the game

    I'm having the same issue with Microsoft Bingo. I have attempted to purchase the 200 coin pack and it has charged my accounts I used for payment both times but it hasn't given me the coins! I can't find a way to contact them either.

    I am not receiving credits for power card bingos are I'm not seeing them one or the other, I use to buy coins and tickets when needed but will not buy any more if I don't see the credits I'm suppose to get, please fix ASAP

    Not exactly sure how it works. In my case I used a credit card with a zero balance. They did charge the card but on my credit card online statement the card showed the charge but I still had a zero balance. Now the charge has been taken off the card like

    got a serious issue

    I have a bigger problem, I am getting charged for services not requested. I have changed my card number with the Credit Card company and some how they are now charging on that number which has not been used with X-Box or Micro Soft account.

    The recent charges are not showing up on the account as purchases or subscriptions.
