    The other day I purchased the AU$30.35 v bucks packs on Fortnite and I didn't get what I purchased but the money was taken from my account, I've waited to see if it was just taking a while but nothing has come through and the purchase isn't in my order history either.

    It's on console and I cant request a refund because I need the order number and I cannot request a refund because I would need the order number from my purchase history but the purchase isn't there.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that all successful purchases are added to our order history in real-time which means that if there is no order history the transaction isn't successful or was purchased on a different account.

    Please check other Microsoft account where you may have purchased the in-game currency.

    Purchasing NOT working.

    In Fact I believe I will need someone to delete the card I have on file to fix the problem. Im in no rush with this situation seeing as how it is so close to xmas, but I figured out the solution to my issue. I have tried to delete the card on file, but it
    is associated with my 12m automatic renewal, I have tried to change that option, but "Ooops! What happened to this page?" over and over. So if it is possible I will need someone with access to my account to go ahead and delete the cards on my account. After
    thats done I should be able to fix the problem. Thanks

    Purchasing NOT working.

    Not sure if thats the sole reason, because I tried a different card and it worked fine. Its just the card I had on file that doesnt work
