    I recently tried to purchase Alien Invasion for Worms Battlegrounds. The payment was successful and I recieved email confirmation. However, the installation stopped repeatedly at 99%, so I tried to uninstall and reinstall. When attempting to reinstall through
    the store, I was prompted to buy the DLC again for £3.99?

    Please explain and help me fix this! Thanks!

    I purchase The Wolf Among Us and while it was downloading i accidently press cancelled download so i went to download it again but it cost money again so i went to my recent downloads and its there but it still costs money. i only had 5$ when i bought it
    so now i cant buy it again

    Sorry to hear it. To try and redownload the item head to My Games & Apps and scroll right until you see Ready To Download. The item should be listed there.

    I had the XBOX one X ,about 70 games in the cloud how do I get them back?

    Log in with your gamertag and simply redownload. It will recognise that you've previously purchased them.

    Did you purchase the full version using the same account as the one you had the trial on? Maybe it needs a little while to recognise the update to reflect your purchase?
