    Can you please tell me why my purchase of a "Crate of Keys" has not been applied to my game? It has been more than 12 hours and I keep receiving an annoying pop up that tells me
    PURCHASE WARNING - Your purchase is being authorized. Please be patient, this may take a while.

    I can understand an hour or two but more than 12 hours is really unacceptable...Help Me Please!!

    That is ridiculous. I have no intention of buying anything. I paid the money in order to purchase keys in a game called Farmville 2:Country Escape; however, I am not able to purchase anything. The Farmville 2 program tells me "Your purchase couldn't
    be completed." I feel tht it is the FV program's fault and therefore I do not intend to play that game any more. That game is the only one I play that requires purchasing items. Therefore, I have no use for the $50 in my Microsoft Account. Please refund
    the monies.
