    hi i just bought a xbox 1 s on xbox.com i receved a comfermation. But i cant see when it will be here or if it has even been shiped yet. I called my bank and was told a charge to my account has been made. What do i do if it didnt go through on your half.
    I got a confirmation that it did. But failed to find a receipt. Or something saying its been procesed. But did get a email saying it was bought. Please help. I cant afford to buy it again.

    well I paid $60 on the 3/3/16 and I have not received any codes for Alan wake.

    as for windows 10 version, "Soon After Release" is not much help.

    I recently purchased the special offer that said 3 months of gold + 800 points for $12 and change... i got the 3 months of gold but i did not receive the 800 microsoft points... how do i remedy this..?

    Thanks for your response. This happens with the Apex Legends game only. The first time I did not receive the coins, I requested a refund, which I received. The second time it occurred, I spoke with an Xbox Gamer who suggested I reset my Xbox using the "keep my games an apps" options. I did this, but it did not resolve the problem. I requested a second refund, which was denied because the request occurred too close in time to my previous request for a refund. I then did not make any coin purchases in Apex Legends for about 6 months. This is my third attempt to purchase coins, without actually receiving them. This problem does not occur with other games, just Apex Legends.
