Purchase mistake

My little brother wanted to purchase Borderlands 2 on his Xbox 360 so he could play with me, but he accidentally purchased it under my gamertag on his Xbox...Will he still be able to play it online on his profile, or did he just waste money buying me a
game I already own?

Mistaken purchase.

Hello, I have an issue with a purchase I have made on the 14/9/18. I have just purchased a addon for a game which I dont have and when I look in my order history I don't see refund item, which I want to refund. Please could you help ASAP

When you purchase content it's tied to the gamertag that it was purchased on as well as the console it was purchased on. The console license allows other profiles on that console to access the content. So he will be able to access the game from his profile
unless you do a license transfer on another console.

You would need to contact support directly and speak to billing. Keep in mind that everything on the marketplace does state that there are no refunds so there is no guarantee they will refund the purchases.

Does it just come up when you go to that link or once on that link and you click on the request refund button?
