Purchase Misrepresentation

Recently within the last hour I purchased an online copy of Minecraft for Xbox One to play with a friend. Moments later the horror sets in when you type Minecraft into the search bar is doesn't specifically take you to Minecraft for Xbox One (later finding
you couldn't actually buy digital copies) and instead takes you to a sub standard version incompatible with the hard copy version. This wasn't mentioned at all in the game information and it was the first game available after search, understandably my fault
but so far I have been unable to find anything remotely concerning a refund. Worse still every time I try to contact Microsoft I get an AI assistant who doesn't know what I'm talking about, no contact number and an online assist service which isn't active
for another two hours.

I want to know how to get in contact with the right people to demand a refund of a product I don't want nor need.

Xbox Live tenure still not updated!!

I'm sure the people who had 9 years would be pissed too. 1, 4, 9. It's still a matter of misrepresentation that bothers me.

You should contact Ebay about the misrepresentation of the product on their site.

China has open stories, with the apple logo, that sell knock off Ipod and iphones.

But there is nothing they can do about it - this is probably a similar case.
