Purchase made by my son

Hi there,

I need some guidance, I sent my son a R100 Microsoft gift voucher. But for some reason he was able to either purchase more than the R100 or I was billed over that R100 limit. Is this possible and if so how to prevent such future events

If you are using a gift card only there is no way it can go over the limit, if there is also a credit card on the account, it will bill the remainder to the credit card. You can completely remove the credit card from the account. And you do not have
to worry about this in the future,

I will suggest you wait a bit. Sometimes it can take a few days for the refund to be processed and for the purchase to be removed from the account. If you've just received the email, it may be worth waiting a few days to see if the purchase disappears from the account.

Ya I was upstairs making breakfast and he just three but plays hot wheels

I got the notification I had made a purchase

I've gotten an email saying it has been refunded but still shows as a purchase through said account

Are you trying to say that your son made a purchase on your Xbox without your permission or knowledge? If so, you may attempt to request a refund from Xbox support.
