    Purchase limit settings


    Hey everyone,

    I am trying to help my son make an in game purchase. I purchased a gift card and added it to his account. Now it says that I have to log in and change the settings for purchase amounts. When I log into the listed website, I do not see anywhere to change
    family settings. Please help!

    Is there any way to set up daily time limits on the x box one? If so, how do I do it?

    Hi there,

    You can set time limits on any child account through the parental family account.

    Once the child's xbox account has been added to your parental account you can go to the family link under your account at
    Microsoft account | Your family. Select the child account and pick "screen timer". There you can setup the amount of time per day as well as the day(s) of week and times of day
    they can use the console.

    What part of being able to set screen time limits on one account, with a simple passkey code is confusing?

    Since the passkey code is used for purchases, and access to games on the system why cant it be used to set screen limits.

    Everytime I try to buy a game I get this error: 80182300

    I found a fix!

    Some setting in microsoft family limiting purchases (must ask guardian to purchase) that was turned off had turned on on its own.

    If you have microsoft family, check the settings.
